Riding horses is a dangerous and subjective sport that can cause critical bodily injury and even death.  User’s of this site and the Paddock facility, acknowledge this risk and shall hold harmless: All Show Sponsors,  Boarders, The Paddock Riding Club, its managers, staff or consultants, from any injuries or losses resulting participating in the events, services advertised, or blogs are written on this site: ThePaddockRidingClub.com. Persons under the age of 18, need to gain parental or guardian approval PRIOR using this website.

  2. The safety of the rider AND the horse is of paramount importance.  The Paddock Riding Club Management shall be the final say on the environmental requirements of using this facility or this website.

  3. Persons under the age of 18, need to gain parental or guardian approval PRIOR any purchase. Definition of “minor” are individuals who by their birth date are under the age of 18. As such, Legal guardians or parents of minors, according to the laws of the State of California, the United States of America, no matter what residency, are held responsible for all purchases.

  4. All legal issues shall be resolved in the State of California, the Country of Los Angeles, and the City of Los Angeles, CA.
